Zahara de la Sierra
Location - Zahara Castle is perched on a cliff that dominates altitude village of Zahara de la Sierra, in the province of Cadiz.

Ownership and Use - is owned by the City of Zahara.
Protection - was declared a Cultural Monument to the category (code: 110 420 001). Under the protection of the general declaration of the Decree of April 22, 1949, and Law 16/1985 English Historical Heritage. In 1993 the Andalusian gave special recognition to the castles of the autonomous community of Andalusia.
